Seven to miss PSL weekend action

Online Reporter

SEVEN Castle Lager Premiership players will miss this weekend’s action after accumulating three yellow cards.

Highlanders will be without hard to beat defender Authur Ndlovu who has quickly stablished himself as a vital cog in the heart of defence. He has shone in partnerships with Peter Muduhwa and hard tackling Bruce Mlotshwa.

His absence may give room to the Andrew Mbeba and Muduhwa partnership or the former with Mlotshwa who adds grit to defence with his fighting spirit and ability to take a risk on tackles.

Hwange desperate for survival will be without two players, a blow for Rodwell Dhlakama whose arrival has given the coalminers that they could be playing Premiership football in 2025. The club had a disastrous start to the season and have only shown glimpses of a side that may survive relegation upon the arrival of much travelled Dhlakama.

Chipangano will be without Takabva Mawaya and Raymond Uchena. Hwange visit Herentals on Sunday in Harare. Hard running Arenel Movers, Dalubuhle Dlodlo will miss his team’s clash with Greenfuel on Saturday.

Tellmore Pio of ZPC is out of the match against Bikita Minerals on Sunday.

Nigel Mupanduki of Manica Diamonds and Reginald Chinemo of Greenfuel complete the list issued by PSL yesterday.
