SOCIAL media sensation Sipho Mercent Nyathi of the “Indaba Zabantu” fame has collaborated with Ndebele Zim Dancehall superstar Ma9Nine on a Tshibilika-inspired song titled Tatazela, which has since taken social media by storm.

Tatazela is accompanied by fresh visuals shot and directed by Ras Quesity of Keaitse films.

The song, produced by TK, is a litmus test for the comedian Nyathi, who said he wants to venture into music full-time, as he revealed that he is working on a full-length Tshibilika album.
“The Tatazela song is all about fun and dancing in the midst of a crisis for someone living on borrowed time. The inspiration behind the Tshibilika feel was trying something new as a Bulawayo trend setter, and I am proud of myself because people are loving the joint.
“I won’t say much for now, but an album is definitely on its way. I am working tirelessly to perfect it as I want the entire project to be a solid body of art,” said Nyathi.

Ma9nine said it was super exciting to work with Nyathi as his talent is unmatched.
“Sipho is a talented lad, and working with him on this project was fun because throughout the entire recording process, we were laughing while the real job was moving.
“He is a multi-talented creative, and we must look up to his works as he is surely in this game to win,” said Ma9nine.
