Soul Jah Love and estranged wife Bounty Lisa will share the stage for the first time after their separation at the Danger-Point Riddim launch in Kuwadzana tomorrow.

Bounty Lisa has come out in the open that she has no plans whatsoever to meet her former lover, but the Danger-Point riddim launch is set to bring them on one stage at Kuwadzana 6 Grounds.

The launch is being hosted and sponsored by ZANU-PF candidate for the Kuwadzana constituency, Betty Nhambu Kaseke, who seems to have targeted youths to garner support as she is hosting and sponsoring the highly anticipated launch.

The Danger-Point riddim launch will see a number of the country’s top dancehall artistes like Bounty Lisa, Soul Jah Love, Jah Bless, Jah Child, Junior PC, Makwikwi and Crystal amongst others battling it out as they seek to outshine each other.

The event, organised by Slim Bits Records in conjunction with the Conquering Family, is expected to attract thousands of Kaseke’s supporters who will be mixing with the dancehall hungry youths from Kuwadzana, Dzivarasekwa and Warren Park. In an interview with The Herald Entertainment, Slim Bits representative and artiste, Socrates Tikoto, said they are delighted to launch the Danger-Point riddim at such a strategic moment where many people are expected to attend.

“Firstly, I would like to thank our sponsor for making it possible for us as Slim Bits Records to be able to launch our Danger-Point riddim in front of her supporters and Zimdancehall lovers,” he said.

“We have engaged our fellow musicians from Conquering Family to partake in this launch as we try to get better recognition in Zimbabwe’s dancehall set. If you look at the number of record labels in the country, you immediately realise the need to work hard.”

The launch is expected to start at 6pm till late with free entrance for all.
