State-assisted funeral for 5 Bindura girls

Five girls from Bindura who died on Saturday after being run over by a vehicle have been granted a State-assisted funeral.

The five, who are from the same extended family, will be laid to rest today at Makusha Cemetery.

Mashonaland Central Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister, Christopher Magomo, Secretary of State for Provincial Affairs and

Devolution, Zanu PF officials, and Government officials paid their condolences to the bereaved families.

In his condolence message, Minister Magomo said a dark cloud had fallen over Mashonaland Central.

He said the loss of innocent and young souls is an unfathomable pain.
