The plane which was impounded at Gatwick International Airport in London last week is now expected in the country on Friday, according Airzim officials.
Reports yesterday said the passengers, who had been booked at Hilton Hotel since last Wednesday, were asked to leave on Monday.
Airzim reportedly owes the hotel US$300 000.
Its workers are said to be camping at Air Zimbabwe offices in London.

The plane was supposed to be released on Monday but the creditors hung on to it because the money had not reflected in their accounts.
It also has a “minor” technical defect, which needs to be sorted before it flies back home.
Airzim acting chief executive officer Mr Innocent Mavhunga yesterday said American General Supplies, the United State company that seized the plane, has confirmed receiving the money it was owed.
The company impounded the Boeing 767-200 over a US$1,2 million debt. Air Zimbabwe gets most of its spare parts from AGS.
Mr Mavhunga said: “We are informed they have received the money and we are only waiting for them to complete the paper work in the courts.
“We are now expecting the plane on Friday. As for the defect, it is being sorted out and we hope everything will be fine by Friday.”
He could, however, not comment on the alleged hotel evictions.
