adminBERLIN. — Felix Sturm has left his future open after making history as the first German boxer to win world titles five times following his points win over Russia’s Fedor Chudinov. The 37-year-old Sturm won Saturday’s bout in Oberhausen with a 114-114, 115-113, 115-113 points decision to reclaim the WBA super middleweight belt he lost to Chudinov last May.
It was Sturm’s 40th win in 48 fights, but admitted it could be his last having also held the WBA, WBO and IBF middleweight belts at various stages in his career. — AFP.
