Super Label hosts Freeman birthday bash

The HKD boss Emergy “Freeman” Chidzanga celebrates his birthday at the Club Super Label in the capital tonight.

The bash will be graced by prominent and upcoming dancehall artistes like Killer T, Ricky Fire, Kinnah and the HkD family.

The Club Super Label events manager confirmed the birthday bash in an interview with The Herald Entertainment.

“Freeman’s birthday will be happening here at Club Super Label and we expect a big turnout from fans from all over the country,” said Leopard Mugova.

Killer T is also expected to give a befitting performance as he will be sampling music from his current album which has won many hearts of Zimbabweans with songs like “Itai Ndione”, “Takumbofarawo” and many more.

“This birthday bash will see upcoming artistes showcasing their talent and also those who has already risen to stardom giving a stupendous performance,” said Mugova

Freeman is one of the most established Zimdancehall artistes. The “Joina City” hitmaker rose to fame with a number of singles and albums which won the hearts of both the young and the old in the country.

“We expect both the young and the old to grace this event for there will be treated to some good music from the HKD boss himself,” said Leopard Mugove.

Freeman entered the music scene with his hit titled “Joina City” which made the chanter an overnight star. Ever since breaking into the limelight, Freeman has never looked back. He has also released other hits such as “Shaina mwana iwe” and “Doctor wemagitare”, “Handina Godo” just to mention a few.
