Life coach Talent Ncube, a 28-year-old Zimbabwean, yesterday received four accolades at the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation (ICMF) Awards Ceremony held at a hotel in Harare.

He was honoured with the Master Coach of the Year Award, Life Purpose Coach of the Year – 1st Runner-Up, Empowerment Coach of the Year – 1st Runner-Up, and Overall Coach of the Year – 1st Runner-Up.

Speaking after the event, Ncube said he appreciated the recognition, noting that it affirmed the work he has been doing.

Ncube thanked those who have supported him in his coaching journey and said their trust and encouragement had contributed to his growth. He added that the awards serve as a reminder of the importance of service and integrity in his line of work.

He acknowledged his clients, colleagues, mentors and others who have been part of his development.

This is not the first time Ncube has been recognised by the ICMF. Last year, he received three awards during the organisation’s graduation and awards ceremony in Harare. These included the International Life Purpose Coach of the Year, the International Coaching Master Coach of the Year and the International Overall Coach of the Year.

At the time, he reflected on his journey, saying life should be measured by how one lives it and emphasising the importance of focus and resilience.

Ncube grew up in Lower Gwelo under the care of his paternal grandmother. His childhood was marked by challenges, including limited parental involvement. Despite the difficulties, he pursued his goals and established himself in the coaching field.

This year, he also published a book titled Mastering Your Mind, which focuses on personal development.
