STAR Zimbabwean motocross rider Tanya Muzinda is scheduled to leave the country tomorrow ahead of her historic month-long tour of Europe.

The 11-year-old reigning Junior Sportsperson of the Year will compete at the FIM races in Belgium, Italy, France and the Netherlands between this weekend and August 21.

Muzinda’s first race is on this weekend in Belgium, a country with some of the world’s best motocross race tracks.

Muzinda’s father, Tawanda, thanked the corporate world for the support.

“We are scheduled to leave on Thursday for Belgium where Tanya will be camped for the rest of the tour. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the corporate world for having come in handy to help Tanya.”
