TelOne in Byo, engage practise matches

GWERU based Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) side TelOne on Wednesday engaged in two practise matches against Bulawayo Chiefs.

TelOne have established their pre-season camp in Bulawayo and they are expected to engage in a number of practise matches in the City of Kings and Queens in the next few days.

On Wednesday, the WiFi Boys took on the PSL returnees in matches that were played at Bulawayo Chiefs Village with both teams giving thier new signings some game time as the build up to the new season gathers momentum.

The 2026 PSL season is expected to start in two weeks’ time with several clubs having engaged in pre-season camps locally and in foreign lands.

Newboys Hardrock are in Botswana, Scottland FC travelled to South Africa, CAPS United are in Malawi and Chicken Inn have since shifted base from the resort town of Kariba to Gweru.
