Zimbabwean blogger Marvelous Nyongoro, better known as The African Finder, is making waves across Africa with his distinctive blend of food, travel, and cultural storytelling. What began as casual social media posts has now made him one of the continent’s most sought-after influencers.

Earlier this year, Nyongoro was named a brand ambassador for Visit South Africa, exploring Limpopo’s hidden gems and sharing vibrant content that celebrates the country’s culture and tourism. Now, his talent has reached Rwanda, where he will document the scenic journey from Kigali to Lake Kivu, showcasing the nation’s landscapes, adventures, and tourism potential.

Known for his signature greeting, “Sup, good people”, The African Finder first started posting travel and food content as a personal passion project. His storytelling, authenticity, and eye for hidden gems quickly attracted attention, earning him thousands of followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

“I wanted to change the narrative of Africa. Our food, our people, our stories are rich, and I want the world to see that, honestly, vibrantly, and real,” The African Finder said in a previous interview.

Born and raised in Nyanga, he has become a trusted voice in the food and travel scene, partnering with several reputable brands. His knack for discovering overlooked treasures and sharing immersive experiences has made him the go-to influencer for both local and international campaigns.

To keep his content fresh and professional, he has invested in top-tier cameras and polished his video editing skills, turning each post into a mini-journey for his followers.
