MODEL Tinashe Chipoyera believes confidence has played a crucial role in helping her overcome fears as she strives to secure a prominent place in the modeling industry.

Tinashe is steadily rising through the ranks of Zimbabwe’s modeling scene, establishing herself as a captivating figure in the world of commercial advertising.

Known for her natural beauty, professionalism, and warm on-screen presence, she has become a sought-after representative for brand campaigns and television commercials across the country.

Tinashe discovered her passion for modeling at a young age, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in the field.

“I was scouted by Exclusive Modeling Agency and what started as a hobby has blossomed into a rewarding career, fueled by my dedication, work ethic, and desire to represent authentic African beauty,” she said.

Her breakthrough came when she was featured in a national campaign for Vaseline.

“I struggled with confidence and often found myself comparing my journey to those of established names in the industry.

“Recognising that I was still an amateur posed a significant challenge for me.

“However, I had to remind myself that I was there for a reason, and that God placed me in this position intentionally.

“They recognised my abilities,” Tinashe said.

Since that pivotal moment, she has collaborated with a lot of major brands and she is looking forward to an upcoming project with a popular Zimbabwean traditional beverage brand.

Tinashe’s strength lies in her ability to embody a wide range of brand identities while remaining true to herself. Beyond her work in front of a camera, she is passionate about uplifting and inspiring young Zimbabweans who want to break into the creative industry.

“I believe in the importance of visibility and representation and I hope to use my platform to encourage others to pursue their passions boldly.”

With a growing portfolio, and a clear vision for her future, Tinashe is not just a face of today’s commercial modeling scene but she is a role model for the next generation, proudly representing Zimbabwe on every screen she graces.
