ZIMBABWE’S stand-up comedy scene is gearing up for another major live showcase as comedian Tinaye Wayne prepares to launch his ‘Nothing To Hide’ tour.
The production is already generating a buzz across social media platforms.

“This show is personal. ‘Nothing To Hide’ means I’m bringing my real life to the stage the struggles, the wins, the awkward moments everything,” he said.Wayne also hinted at a more daring approach, promising audiences a different side of his craft.
“I’ve challenged myself to be more honest, more open and more fearless with my material. People should expect something fresh, something real,” he said.The comedian noted that performing live remains his favourite way of connecting with fans, describing the stage as his “true home.”
“There’s nothing like hearing people laugh in real time. Online is great, but live shows are where the magic really happens,” he said.

“We need more live shows, more platforms, more support for comedians.
