VICTORIA Falls-based musical crew Top Kings is set to empower artists from their town by offering them free recording sessions and collaborations.

Top Kings are identical twins, Nkosenhle and Nkosilathi Ncube who are musicians, songwriters, and actors, born in 2000. In an interview, Nkosenhle said the initiative started last week and it is set to end in June.

“We have realised that there are a number of talented artists in our area and we decided to offer free recording sessions and collaborations to help them grow. This initiative is open to any artists in Victoria Falls and these sessions will be offered to talented and passionate artists who desire to thrive in the industry,” he said.

Nkosenhle stated that the initiative was open to all age groups.

“The project is open to all artists regardless of their age and this is because we believe that there are a lot of talented artists who do not have a platform to express themselves,” he said.

He indicated that they have a number of projects that they are working on.

“This week, we released a new track titled “sober sober” and this song speaks on the challenges faced by men in dealing with infidelity. The song describes the feelings of a man who is unsure of how to react after seeing his wife with her lover in their matrimonial bed,” he said.
