Tourist disappears

Parks and Wildlife Management Authority public relations manager Ms Caroline Washaya-Moyo yesterday confirmed the incident.  
“The Zimbabwe Parks and Wildlife Management Authority can confirm that on March 25 2012, Tinashe       Chitambo, together with his sister Mitchell Chitambo entered the              Rain Forest as day visitors at around 10am.
“After a tour of the falls around 12 midday the two had lunch at the Shearwater Restaurant by the exit of the Rain Forest.
“Thereafter, Tinashe decided to have another tour of the falls leaving behind his sister and a client later came to the entrance gate and reported to the security ranger that he had seen a man loitering around the falls.
“A team was sent to the area to check for the man and the search did not yield any results as Tinashe was nowhere to be seen,’’ she said.
She said by late yesterday Parks were still searching for Tinsahe together with the police.
