DRAMA erupted at Sakubva Stadium on Friday evening when Manica Diamonds security reportedly caught Triangle United technical team members allegedly performing rituals ahead of their Chibuku Super Cup quarter-final clash this afternoon.

Sources close to the incident claimed the two Triangle officials were found with a red cloth inscribed with the names of Manica Diamonds players and water bottles containing stones, sparking suspicion of attempted spiritual interference before the crunch tie.

The discovery caused a stir as security personnel swiftly moved in to escort the pair away and confiscate the items.

The quarter-final showdown is expected to be a fiery encounter as Manica Diamonds aim to defend their turf against Triangle United, who are desperate to book a spot in the semi-finals.

Meanwhile, in another Chibuku Super Cup quarter-final today, Dynamos will lock horns with ZPC Kariba at Rufaro Stadium.
