Triathlon Zimbabwe adjust calendar of events

TRIATHLON Zimbabwe have adjusted their 2023-2024 calendar of events following the change of dates for several World Triathlon events lined up for next year.

The national association made the announcement in a notice released recently.

“Due to recent change of dates for several World Triathlon sanctioned events in 2024, the Triathlon Zimbabwe calendar of events for 2023-2024 as well as the eligibility and selection criteria for the 2023-2024 season have had to be amended and updated,” reads part of the notice.

The major highlight on the local calendar is the change of dates for the Bonaqua Africa Triathlon Cup, Junior Africa Cup and Triathlon Zimbabwe National Championships, which will now take place on February 17, 2024 instead of March 16, 2024.
