Construction consulting firm, Turnbury Property Developers, in partnership with Stanbic Bank, has completed the Glenara One housing project, designed to offer a modern and luxurious living lifestyle for middle-income earners, especially young professionals.

The housing development project, which has a total of 12 upmarket 3-bedroomed townhouses, consists of 6 duplex blocks, with each block having 2 units.

The Glenara One property also has a clubhouse, which features a spacious lounge area, suitable for meetings and also equipped with a kitchenette.

Turnbury Property Developers operations director, consulting services, Celestino Kunaka said;  “Glenara One is a housing development located at 89 Glenara Avenue in Highlands.

“Its location, near the intersection of Samora Machel Avenue and Glenara Avenue, makes it easily accessible and ideal for those looking to commute to the Central Business District (CBD), Msasa, and the Airport.

“The area is well equipped with amenities including restaurants, service stations, schools, churches, shops, and golf courses.

“The project was completed in October 2023. We were hired as developers by Stanbic Bank and handed over the project on November 2, 2023.

“Each unit has a welcoming entry lobby with a guest bathroom and a staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen has an open-plan layout with a scullery that keeps clutter out of sight. The kitchen island also doubles as the dining room table seamlessly integrating the kitchen and dining area,” he said.

Turnberry Property Developers was established as a subsidiary of Troika Design Workshop and started its partnership with Stanbic Bank in 2019.

Through the strategic partnership, the property developer has managed to construct a property in Borrowdale Brooke, Wanganui One in Meyrick Park as well as the recently completed Glenara One project.

He also said the City of Harare was planning to transform the area into a thriving cluster of residential and sub-commercial hubs.

“This initiative aims to enhance the urban landscape and meet the growing demand for housing and commercial spaces. By densifying the area, the city authorities seek to create a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood that offers a mix of residential and commercial properties.

“This project aligns with the city’s vision for urban development and aims to provide residents with modern and luxurious living options.

“The transformation of this area into a residential and sub-commercial hub reflects our commitment to meeting the aspirations of residents and elevating their living standards,” said Mr Kunaka.
