Unlimited fun at Vic Falls Carnival

Those travelling to the resort town of Victoria Falls will have an opportunity to enjoy the annual Jameson Vic Falls Carnival which starts this week on December 29 and climaxes on New Year’s Eve.
Speaking to The Sunday Mail Leisure, the Carnival’s representative Darryn Lee said this year’s edition is going to be bigger, better and more exciting.

“We have made some adjustments to the famous party train and we will be running multiple trips to and from the secret venue. This means an increased number of party goers will be able to ravel in this unique experience.
“Revellers will take a vintage steam train journey through the Victoria Falls National Park to a secret location deep in the African bush and with Sub-Saharan Africa DJ’s pumping top tunes through the classic carriages, they will be in full party mood when they disembark at the secret stage set up under the African skies,” said Lee.
Last year, the second day of the carnival was characterised by a colour party. This time around, organisers have decided to have numerous parties at various venues around Victoria Falls.
The final day of the carnival, which is New Year’s Eve, is bound to be explosive with an array of features and artistes taking to the stage.
“Fun lovers should be prepared for an apparelled New Year’s Eve experience with thousands of revellers, top bands, DJs from all over Africa, stilt walkers and fire dancers during the countdown to midnight.
“There is a power house line-up which includes Mango Groove, Goodluck, Mokoomba, Judgement Yard, DJ Rax and Zyon Black among others. They will create a truly unforgettable African New Years’ experience.”
