Two bodies have been retrieved from the wreckage of the crash by the Bulawayo Fire Brigade, while two other bodies are lying on the roadside as emergency services continue rescue and recovery operations.
The accident, involving a vehicle carrying Highlanders FC executive members and a bus, occurred along the Harare-Bulawayo Highway near the 50km peg.
The identities of the deceased are yet to be officially confirmed.
