United States-based Zimbabwean business strategist and executive coach Mr Michael Tendai Watyoka is set to return home later this month to headline a major continental leadership conference in Victoria Falls before taking part in another high-profile business empowerment event in Harare in August.
Mr Watyoka, the founder and chief executive officer of GrowWise Wealth Builders, will be among the guest speakers at the Beyond the Falls: Africa Risk, ESG and AI Leadership Summit 2026, scheduled for July.
The executive summit, organised by WayLogic Innovations, is expected to bring together board members, chief executives, regulators, State enterprise executives and private sector decision-makers from across Africa to examine emerging issues in enterprise risk management, environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, organisational resilience and artificial intelligence-driven transformation.

The event will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and policymakers from Zimbabwe and across the region to promote entrepreneurship, investment and economic empowerment.
