US pledges to respect Zim’s sovereignty

NEW US Ambassador to Zimbabwe. Mrs Pamela Tremont has said her country will respect Zimbabwe’s sovereignty as the two countries move towards mending relations.

In her first address a day after presenting her credentials, Mrs Tremont said the two countries will pursue mutual interest in addressing challenges being faced.

“We will pursue mutual interests with Zimbabwe and respect its sovereignty,” Mrs Tremont said.
