Virginia Nyambe steps into her 30s with confidence

JUST over a month after being crowned Miss Intercontinental Zimbabwe 2026, Virginia Nyambe is celebrating another significant milestone, her 30th birthday.

Nyambe, who was crowned at this year’s Miss Universe Zimbabwe grand finale, has already begun carrying out her responsibilities alongside the other newly crowned queens.

As she bids farewell to her 20s, the beauty queen has reflected on the lessons that shaped her journey, describing her 30s as a new chapter.

In an Instagram post shared on the eve of her birthday, Nyambe offered heartfelt advice to her younger self.

“Tomorrow, I trade my 20s for a 30s glow-up and honestly, I’m ready. If I could whisper to my 20-year-old self I’d say you don’t have to figure it out, you just have to stay curious. Test everything, cling to nothing.

“Guard your YES like it’s gold. Run your own race, not the one beside you. Keep the ones who love your chaos. Your 20s are for collecting lessons, not regrets. Every fail is a warm-up set.

“And finally, 30 isn’t old – it’s just levelling up with better boundaries, bigger quads and zero

guilt.”
