President Daniel Ortega called on the people to have no fear to vote and respect the results of the elections.
In a message titled “Let’s all vote fearlessly” posted on the website of La Primerisima radio station, president Ortega said that some people have tried to sow fear among the population, but they cannot, and the important thing is that these elections can be held peacefully.
Ortega recommended the people cast their vote without fear, ascertaining that results should be respected.
In all pre-electoral surveys, Ortega leads widely the other four opposition candidates to the presidential post, the latest of them showing 59,6 percent of vote intention. – Prensa Latina.
