VP Mohadi arrives to hero’s welcome in Luena, Angola

Vice President Kembo Mohadi arrived this morning at Aeroporto Comandante Dangereux in Luena, where he was warmly received by the provincial governor, Dr Ernesto Muangala.

Also present to welcome the Vice President was Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet, Mr Zvinechimwe Churu, along with other senior government officials.

Local traditional dance and religious groups performed spirited routines in honour of his arrival.

From the airport, the Vice President and his delegation will proceed to the Moxico Provincial Palace for a meeting with the provincial leadership, before visiting the Boma Mass Grave to lay wreaths and engage with local communities.
