To all learners. Remember this: things don’t just happen overnight. Life is a process and everything unfolds in its own time and season. Be patient with yourself and your journey.
For a child to be born, it takes nine months — you don’t rush it. Before a child can walk, they must first crawl.
No baby is born with teeth, they come in gradually, at the right time.
The same applies to life: progress takes time.
Even in nature, there are seasons.
Mangoes don’t fruit all year, neither do guavas.
There’s a specific time when each tree bears fruit — and when it does, the wait is worth it.
The sun doesn’t suddenly appear, between the darkness of night and the brightness of day, there’s a process of light slowly breaking in. Everything meaningful in life happens in stages.
So don’t rush:
– Don’t rush into sex or relationships.
– Don’t rush to go to lodges or be “taken out.”
– Don’t rush to remove your clothes or accept gifts that lead you to compromise.
– Don’t rush to be kissed or loved in the wrong way.
Value yourself. Take your time. Protect your dignity. Focus on what matters most right now — your education, your growth and your future.
Work hard. Improve your grades. Develop your potential.
One day, you will be valuable — not because of how you look or what you gave away, but because of what you became.
Stay focused. Your season of greatness is coming — don’t ruin it by rushing.
