Walking in spirit: Clarity

Ephesians 4:23; “Instead there must be a spiritual renewal of your thoughts and attitudes.”

Have you ever said to yourself, “oh but why did I not think of that before, the answer was right in front of me?” How many times have we been confronted with situations that appear very complex, but with the passage of time, we discover that the answers to the things we sought were right in front of us all along.

For some unknown and inexplicable reason, our minds cannot work around what now seems so simple. Life will throw us all sorts of curve balls that sometimes leave us perplexed, tired and depressed.

Our minds become closed. Things begin to spiral out of control and it seems the only option left for us is to give up.

In time we discover that the lens through which we are viewing things is actually the faulty apparatus holding us back and that if we shift our focus slightly and adjust our view, a whole world of endless possibilities awaits us.

Pray today that the Lord removes the scales from your eyes that are holding you back so that you begin to see things differently.

By His grace may you soar.

May you see the blessings before you and the answers you seek that appear hidden, but are right in front of you.

Let us, therefore, renew our minds. Like a computer which requires to be rebooted when it has frozen, let’s press the reboot button and through His grace, may we think new thoughts that seek to liberate us, build us and take us to new heights.

Be blessed.
