Local rapper Ti Gonzi, whose real name is Tinashe Gonzara, has been issued a warrant for his arrest by Harare regional magistrate Ms Feresi Chakanyuka after he failed to attend court today.

Ti Gonzi is a witness in a fraud case where he accuses Prophet Walter Magaya’s security aide, Felix Chikondo, of selling him a smuggled vehicle.

The vehicle was later impounded by the Vehicle Theft Squad in Mbare in January this year.

Investigations revealed that the car had no record of import, clearance, or duty payment with Zimra.

The trial was set to commence today.
