BULAWAYO City Council has begun the upgrade of Cecil Road, which has been closed for several years.
A six-kilometre stretch from the intersection of Cecil Road and Coghlan Avenue to the Bulawayo-Harare Road is under rehabilitation.
BCC road construction workers were, on Thursday afternoon, observed hard at work at the site.
