AFTER enduring a taxing journey from Bulawayo to Kariba, Chicken Inn FC safely arrived in the resort town shortly after eight in the evening yesterday for their Week 22 Castle Lager Premier Soccer match against ZPC Kariba set for Nyamhunga Stadium this afternoon.
The Joey Antipas led Gamecocks technical department travelled with a 20 member squad that has first choice goalkeeper Donovan Bernard, captain Xolani Ndlovu, veteran George Majika, Itai Mabunu, Arthur Chinda, Mpumelelo Bhebhe, Irvine Mukombwe,Genius Mutungamiri, Brendon Rendo, deadly twin forwards Brian Muza and Michael Charamba among others.

The club’s number one fan, MacCloud Moyo, who is part of the travelling contigent, is confident that they are going to get a positive result against the power generators.
“Good morning Kariba, we are here for three points. It was a long journey, the roads are bad but Im very much positive that the boys will do the job,”said Moyo.
