BULAWAYO’S own Emmanuel Mlilo, better known as Emmar The Violinist, is set to enchant music lovers with a one-of-a-kind concert that will fuse soul, style, and strings.
Music lovers should mark 22 August at Alliance Française, Bulawayo, 5pm, on their calendars as it will all go down then.

Titled “Nothing But Strings”, the highly anticipated show promises a night where the violin takes centre stage, crossing musical borders from local rhythms to global grooves.

A familiar face at weddings, corporate events, and high-end socials, Emmar has carved out a reputation as one of Zimbabwe’s most versatile musicians. He has performed alongside Janet Manyowa, Jah Prayzah, and Mathias Mhere, and partnered with renowned event maestro Kevin The

Wedding Planner.
His clientele reads like a corporate who’s-who; Steward Bank, Old Mutual, PPC, ZimSwitch, and Corporate 24, proof of his broad appeal. His talent has also taken him beyond Zimbabwe, with international shows including a memorable tour in Zanzibar.

Sharing the stage at “Nothing But Strings” will be Bulawayo saxophonist Benjamin, energetic outfit Band of Misfits, and crowd-favourite DJ Feel G, adding extra flavour to the night.
Expect elegance, energy, and emotion as Emmar delivers a performance to remember. Prepare for a memorable journey through the beauty of the violin.
