HARARE’S Cameroon Street was thrown into chaos after a gang of armed robbers stormed Steve’s Mall in broad daylight, targeting a prominent Indian businessman and fleeing WITH half a MILLION dollars in cash and luxury electronics.
What started as a normal business day quickly turned into a horror show as the robbers moved with military precision, sending vendors and shoppers running for cover.
Witnesses say the gang struck fast and vanished just as quickly, leaving behind a trail of panic and unanswered questions. The usually bustling street came to a standstill as sirens wailed and stunned onlookers watched the drama unfold.
According to ZBC, the robbers caught the businessman completely off guard, pouncing before he could react and making off with the loot without firing a single shot.
Police have launched a full-scale investigation and are calling on anyone with information to assist in bringing the culprits to justice.
