Nqobile Bhebhe at Mount Nyanga
MOUNT Nyanga is quickly becoming Zimbabwe’s hotspot for spiritual seekers, drawing crowds hungry for prayer, healing, and divine encounters.
On Monday, international buyers at the 2025 Sanganai/Hlanganani World Tourism Expo joined local and foreign visitors on a tour of the mountain, part of a Ministry of Tourism and ZTA familiarisation programme.
“Mount Nyanga is not just about scenery — it’s about soul. Religious tourism is on the rise globally, and Zimbabwe is ready for faith-based travellers,” said Dutch tourist Charles Lycklama, clearly impressed.

Locals say miracles and healings are happening regularly. “People come from all over the country and beyond to pray here. We’ve seen testimonies of lives changed. This mountain is blessed,” said tour guide Frank Muzimba.

With its mix of natural beauty, spiritual energy, and cultural heritage, Mount Nyanga is staking its claim as a must-visit destination for pilgrims and faith tourists alike.
