WOMEN’S Coalition of Zimbabwe has urged developmental partners to focus on programmes that strengthen women participation in positions of influence within communities and governance issues.

WCZ national chairperson Mrs Ronika Mbire also said there was need for development partners to strengthen women participation in every sector of governance.

She said this during a consultative meeting held in Mutare last week.

“We need to have programmes which focus on strengthening women participation in all positions of influence,” she said.
