The suspect was arrested in Carlisle, Cumbria on suspicion of drink or drug-driving while picking up dinner on Christmas Eve.

Not long after the police force shared the image, a man purporting to be the driver defended his alleged actions.
The tractorA� driver (we have been in contact with him) went on to claim that he was released without further action.
