Wrap it up: The perfect chicken lunch fix

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
2 Irvine’s chicken breasts
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp mixed herbs or oregano
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
½ onion, thinly sliced
4 large wrap tortillas
Sauce (optional but recommended)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard or peri-peri sauce
Method
1. Cut chicken into strips. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, herbs, and oil. Coat chicken well.
2. Heat a pan on medium heat. Fry chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard/peri-peri until smooth.
4. Heat tortillas lightly in a pan or microwave.
5. Spread sauce on the wrap, add lettuce, chicken, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
6. Fold in sides, roll tightly, and enjoy!
Optional Variations
1. Spicy Wrap: Add chilli sauce or peri-peri seasoning
