International Super Bantamweight champion Tinashe aï¿½?Chairmanaï¿½? Madzaiwana has every reason to smile after he received an early Christmas gift, in the form of a Toyota Quantum Omnibus and $2 000 on the spot after a monumental victory over Robert aï¿½?Robberaï¿½? Kachiza from Malawi last Saturday.

The prize came courtesy of the Gypsite Electric and Civic Contractors managing director Clemence Zingoni who awarded Madzaiwana prizes after the boxeraï¿½ï¿½s electric performance which left the entire Stodart Hall in awe.

His opponent Kachiza received a $600 consolation prize.

Zingoni, who was very impressed with the performance pledged to continuously support Madzaiwana with weekly training allowances and awarded him the role of Gypsite brand ambassador.

This was the second time Madzaiwana knocked out Kachiza for the International Super Bantamweight championship, having knocked him out in the second round the first time.

aï¿½?I had made a promise to my fans that l will knock out Kachiza. The only thing l did not know was which round l was going to knock him out. I am very grateful to all those who supported me and all l can say is l will continue working hard,aï¿½? said Madzaiwana.

aï¿½?I am also very grateful to Clemence Zingoni for the prizes he gave me. I will also work very hard in being a good brand ambassador for Gypsite,aï¿½? added Madzaiwana.

Following this successful event, Delta Force Boxing academy announced that the next tournament will be held on 26 January 2018 in partnership with Kalakoda Promotions on the Kwese Sports aï¿½?Friday Fight Nightsaï¿½? Pan-African series.
