Talented Yadah Stars midfielder Prosper Kafalapenjila says they are bracing for a tough Castle Lager Premier Soccer League encounter against Bulawayo Chiefs at Baobab on Saturday.
Yadah lost their last match against Highlanders to drop into the relegation zone again and they will be looking to turn the tables.
On the other hand, Amakhosi will be looking forward to carrying on with their fine momentum after defeating Dynamos in their last encounter.
The talented midfielder is aware of the fighting spirit Amakhosi exhibits and is bracing up for the challenge that awaits them.
“It’s not going to be an easy game,” he said.
“Bulawayo Chiefs might not be a very talented side but it’s a side full of hard workers they have a fighting spirit, so playing such a side requires us to be at our best as a team to get maximum points. Above all I am and we are as a team expecting a win.”
“Playing a team that won against Dynamos with that level of confidence as a team we must avoid complacency. We need to play our normal gameplay and work hard as a team, maximum concentration is a necessity.
I think if we do so we will win come Saturday.”
Kafalepanjila have proved unplayable on a number of occasions and has registered three goals and four assists in 15 starts for the Miracle Boys.
He feels that he is on the right path and is looking forward to reaching double figures of assists.
“My season so far is good. I can’t really complain even though I want more but it’s quite good. So far I have managed 15 starts out of 23 games and other matches coming in as a substitute, of all the minutes I managed to play so far I have scored 3 goals and 4 assists.”
“We can do it on Saturday. Personally, I will do anything to the best of my ability to achieve a win.”
“At least I am looking forward to finishing in the top eight charts of the goal scorers and double figures of assists. That’s my personal target and to finish in the top 10 as a team is my other target.”
