Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) chairperson Mr Michael Reza has addressed 32 senior security services members drawn from various countries at the Zimbabwe National Defence University (ZNDU).

The presentation was based on the role that ZACC plays in the country’s economy. The participants were from Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

In an interview, Mr Reza said, “In my presentation, I explained that it’s not only Zimbabwe that has an organisation like ZACC, it’s a United Nations thing, virtually all countries in the world have an institution similar to ZACC. What that means is that the issue of corruption is not unique to ZACC only. All countries in the world have problems of corruption, only that it comes in varying degrees.”
