PREPARATIONS for the 21st Zanu PF Annual National People’s Conference to be held in Bulawayo are in their final stages with the accreditation of delegates starting yesterday.

Delegates are being accredited in their respective provinces except Politburo and Central Committee members, local and foreign guests, the media, ushers and drivers and security personnel who will be accredited at the party’s headquarters in Harare.

This year’s conference, to be held under the theme, “Industrialise, modernise towards Vision 2030”, will be more focused on the state of the economy, the party and the welfare of the people. It will also focus on the implementation of Government programmes and policies.

Harare province political commissar Cde Kudakwashe Damson led the accreditation of delegates from the province at the party’s headquarters yesterday.

Zanu PF Youth League secretary for administration Cde Tendai Chiwetu said they would submit resolutions from youths in all provinces.

“Young people must now participate in key economic areas such as agriculture and take advantage of innovation hubs,” he said.
