Dickson Mafios, said the elections will be held from March 8 to 15 in all the province’s eight administrative districts. Party cadres will contest for all the 13 DCC posts in every district.
“We have elections this year and after successfully completing the restructuring exercise we are moving on to the next stage,” he said.
“All the posts, including the chairmanship, would be contested in every district and this is going to create competition among party members beginning this Thursday.”
Cde Mafios said interested candidates have since submitted their CVs to the provincial election directorate.
