Zanu PF mourns Cde Zvirikuzhe

THE late Cde Cleto Zvirikuzhe has been described as a humble and dedicated cadre whose death will be felt in the ruling party Zanu PF and the nation at large.

He was 60.

At the time of his death, Cde Zvirikuzhe was Zanu PF deputy director of Finance.

In a statement, the party’s acting spokesperson Dr Mike Bimha said Cde Zvirikuzhe’s death is a big loss to the revolutionary party.

“Zanu PF Secretary for Administration Dr Obert Mpofu and the director Administration Cde Dickson Dzora, the entire party leadership and staff would like to send their heartfelt condolences to the Zvirikuzhe family, friends and relatives on the passing on of the party’s deputy director of Finance Cde Cleto Zvirikuzhe. A humble and one of the longest party civil servant, Cde Zvirikuzhe’s untimely death is a huge loss to the Zanu PF family and the people of Zimbabwe to whom he dedicated a life of service. May His Dear Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.”

Cde Zvirikuzhe, who died September 22 will be buried today in Mashonaland West.
