ZB, FBC clash in finals

FORMER Gunners midfielder Terence Malunga is expected to be influential when his FBC team clash with ZB in the finals of the Bankers League finals set for Standard Charted Bank Sports Club this weekend. Malunga will be complemented by experienced defender Kudzai Kwangwari as well as last year’s league top goal scorer Andrew Chiguvare.

ZB Bank on the other hand will have former Dynamos player Naison Muchekela, who is also the coach and past chairman of the league, Godfrey Marongwe, who is the team captain and plays as a defender.

The other players to look forward to for ZB is striker Dereck Rasai.

Ivan Vambe, secretary-general for Bankers League of Zimbabwe said there will be a curtain raiser, while the final will be played over 90 minutes with teams going straight into a penalty shoot-out to decide the winner in the event of a draw.
