Zim players nominated for BBL draft

A TOTAL of six Zimbabwe cricket stars have been nominated for the KFC Big Bash League (BBL) overseas player draft which closed on Monday.

The six players will go under the hammer on Sunday for a chance to compete in one of the world’s finest T20 franchise leagues Down Under.

Cricket Australia released the list on Monday and it comprised 376 male players from 29 countries including the Zimbabwean stars.

The six Zimbabwean players who will go under the hammer for a chance to take part in the BBL are Brad Evans, Naville Madziva, Brandon Mavuta, Richmond Mutumbami, Richard Ngarava, and Sikandar Raza. – @brandon_malvin
