The Zimbabwe Foreign Service Institute (ZFSI) is this afternoon set to engage media representatives and business development stakeholders in a discussion aimed at advocating for media training in diplomacy.

ZFSI board chairperson, Ambassador Dr Margaret Muchada emphasised the significance of this meeting, highlighting the pivotal role that media plays in shaping Zimbabwe’s image, both locally and internationally.

“The objectives of the meeting include making a strong case for media training in diplomacy as the Fourth Estate has a crucial role in influencing how Zimbabwe is perceived,” Dr Muchada said.

“Additionally, we aim to enhance the media’s understanding of the vital functions carried out by the ZFSI.”
