Zimbabwe gears for Anti-Sanctions DAY

Press Statement on Anti-Sanctions March

SADC in solidarity with Zimbabwe has declared that 25 October is an anti-illegal Sanction day imposed on Zimbabwe, it is against this background that the Government of Zimbabwe has organised a march from Munhumutapa offices to Africa Unity Square as part of the Anti- sanctions day commemoration day.

Civil Servants in Harare and other provinces will be participating in the march.

In Harare, Civil Servants and pupils from selected schools will march from Munhumutapa Government Offices, Corner Sam Nujoma and Samora Machael, to Africa Unity Square in Harare.

Route

From Munhumutapa Government Offices, march along Samora Machael Avenue towards Julius Nyerere Way.

Turn left into Julius Nyerere Way then left into Nelson Mandela Avenue towards the Africa Unit Square.

Vice President, Dr. CGDN Chiwenga will officiate at the event at Africa Unity Square where he will address the citizens.
