AFRICA Exhibitions Group will host the third edition of the Zimbabwe Property Expo from August 19 to 21 this year to discuss informed property investment and strengthen confidence in Zimbabwe’s real estate sector.
Planned for the Celebration Centre in Harare, the exhibition will bring together property developers, financial institutions, architects, surveyors, legal practitioners, town planners and other industry professionals.
These participants will showcase investment opportunities in the industry while educating prospective buyers on the property acquisition process.
Africa Exhibitions Group general manager Mr Morgan Makamure said the expo has evolved into Zimbabwe’s leading buyer-driven property investment platform, designed to equip individuals and corporates with the knowledge required to make sound property investment decisions.
He said the event comes at a time when demand for residential and commercial property remains strong.
Mr Makamure, however, noted that cases involving developments on prohibited land have highlighted the need for greater due diligence by investors.
“The Zimbabwe Property Expo 2026 is more than a property exhibition; it is a platform to empower buyers and investors with the knowledge they need to make informed and secure property investment decisions.
“The conference will place strong emphasis on diaspora participation by providing Zimbabweans living abroad with direct access to trusted property developers and professional advisers, enabling them to invest in Zimbabwe with greater confidence,” said Mr Makamure.
The expo will focus on promoting transparency and best practice across the property value chain, with participants expected to receive guidance on title verification, planning approvals, financing options, legal compliance and infrastructure requirements.
Industry experts say access to reliable information has become increasingly important as property continues to be viewed as one of the country’s most resilient long-term investment assets and a key vehicle for wealth creation.
