Zimbabwe sprinter Methembe Tshuma impresses in Botswana

BULAWAYO based sprinter Methembe Tshuma won his 100 and 200m events at the University of Botswana Track.
Taking part in his first Botswana Grand Prix Athletics event, Tshuma lived up to expectations by placing first in both sprints.

He crossed the finishing line in 10.22 seconds. He was not finished yet returning to the track to take the 200m first position in 20.26 seconds.

“I am happy and am looking forward to the April 25-26 Grand Prix Challenge in Botswana. I want to return to better my times,” said Tshuma who continues to improve his times.
