HIGHLANDERS and Warriors supporters have taken to the streets of Bulawayo for a roadshow to drum up support ahead of Wednesday’s much-anticipated exhibition match at Barbourfields Stadium.

The colourful procession, led by passionate Bosso fans alongside Warriors supporters, is part of Highlanders F.C.’s centenary celebrations, marking 100 years of one of Zimbabwe’s most iconic football institutions.

The exhibition match, featuring the Zimbabwe national football team, is expected to be a major highlight of the centenary festivities, bringing together club and country in a rare showpiece.

Meanwhile, the Zimbabwe Football Association has moved to ensure maximum attendance by slashing gate charges for the match.

Rest of the Ground tickets have been reduced to US$3, while Grand Stand access will cost US$5 and VIP is pegged at US$10. Schoolchildren in full uniform will pay just US$1, with designated seating at the Mpilo End.
