DIVERSIFIED manufacturer, Zimplow Holdings Ltd has scooped the first runner-up in the category of Best Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX)-Listed Company of the Year.
The award is sponsored by Financial Markets Indaba, in partnership with Business Weekly-Capital Market Awards.
In July this year, Zimplow officially listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) to become the 14th listing on the United States dollars denominated counter.
This came after the diversified company resolved to delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) and have the company shares removed from the main board of the ZSE through voluntary termination of the listing in terms of Section 11 of the ZSE Listing Requirements.
On X (Twitter), Zimplow Holdings said: “We are thrilled to announce that Zimplow Holdings was awarded the first runner-up in the category of Best VFEX-Listed Company of the Year by Financial Markets Indaba, in partnership with Business Weekly-Capital Market Awards.”
